Our shop fave Norah twirl is back. In the prettiest shade of yellow dyed on an embroidered eyelet cotton woven fabric. Built in hard tulle for a little extra shape and twirl. Fully lined. Pintucks on chest, vintage lace trims, rose buttons on chest. Tie on back for the perfect fit. 

All dresses come with bloomer shorts. Norah runs generous on the chest for most, and is easy to size down for a shorter fit.
