General Return Policy
All sales are final. You may return or exchange items for store credit for outstanding circumstances (example: item doesn’t fit, and we have the size needed in stock for exchange, shipping charges to us for the return and the shipping of new item back to you is the responsibility of the customer) if returned within seven days of receiving your shipment with tags attached, unworn, and no damage. Refund is offered if there is damage to a purchase that is found upon arrival prior to being warn, tags still attached to the garment, and all pieces of garment are returned. If the whole garment is not returned or is damaged by customer in the return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied before your refund is returned. Pre-Order Sizes: FINAL SALE, exchange for sizing only, no returns. When the turn around time says 4-5 weeks, this does not include any unforeseen delays in shipping from our manufacturer or delays in materials which are outside of our control. All pre-sale items once in stock will be shipped by order of those who purchased, and all shipped out within four business days.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1422 W Mukilteo Blvd Everett, WA 98203.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Policy: Makena Lane offers a flat rate of $7.99 for Priority 2-4 day mail for all items shipped, shipped next business day. The time to receive purchased items are normally between 3-4 business days. We also offer cheaper first class shipping options, this will take 5-7 business days to receive. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer in terms of all returns, unless the product is defective. If an item is purchased on “pre-order” they are final sale, and please allow the listed timeframe for shipping and handling. Also, once shipped, it is no longer in our hands, and any loss will need to be filed with the USPS. Please consider choosing Priority shipping with insurance included. Thank you!
