the top is 95% cotton knit 5% spandex and fully lined, in a watercolor boho floral unicorn print.
the skirt is three layers of chiffon. Peachy coral/cream/mint green.
back waist is elastic and stretches.
chiffon tie for the back.
chiffon flutter sleeves
the skirt is a slight high low for extra twirl.
all dress come with bloomers.
